We are excited to start this series of podcasts where we are going to use our conversation as a healing tool. We decided to start this experience after noticing the great outcome in discussing each other challenges in our day to day personal and business life over a cup of coffee.
We then decided to start recording our conversation as we found them useful for ourselves but also, we decided to share these insights with you.

Max Romeo:
Welcome to a new episode of Max and Molly podcast where we use conversation as a healing tool.
Molly:
Hi there, my name is Molly, and I'm a clinical hypnotherapist I deal with all types of clients with phobias issues related to anxiety, anger management, and I also do healing techniques such as EFT and quantum healing hypnosis.
Max Romeo:
And my name is Max Romeo I come from a completely different background, I am the owner of Max360, a branding agency, based in London, created with the purpose of supporting small businesses but also intrapreneurs in creating a consistent brand identity for them, and of course an online presence.
Molly:
Well, he decided to do this podcast because we were having really great conversations about life, about business challenges, and all those things that we all struggle with, daily. And once we talked about this we got some really good insights that we thought we'd like to share with anybody who might want to evolve their business and evolve their life.
Max Romeo:
Just to give you a little bit of background, I start from a degree in psychology coupled with NLP and emotional intelligence courses. I then decided to move into the l&d world, the learning and development world, becoming an employee engagement, but also customer experience strategist. I designed bespoke solution for a long time and I designed training, but also I organised event for corporate on an international level. When at some point I finally decided to focus on small businesses and entrepreneurs in order to support them to succeed.
Molly:
My background is very different from Max, I studied journalism, but also therapeutic writing my real passion for healing started much before University. In fact, it's been really lifelong as a child. I've always been into healing work, but I actually decided to go to university as I wanted to study therapeutic aspects of writing to enhance my existing knowledge of healing, while I was working for a series of mental health charities in London, delivering what today, I would call mindfulness workshops. I continued my studies on healing and focused on hypnosis both clinical and quantum healing hypnosis. Then I moved on from there and studied medical intuition. I am a published author, and I published a book in 2014, and now I'm working on my next publication on innovative way to explore your feelings, right.
Max Romeo:
So just to go back to our podcast for the time being, we will be focused on a specific topic on each episode, based on the wealth of experience that we both have We will then discuss our different point of view and we will share useful insights.
